PixelFunder is a creative fundraising platform where you create a pixel grid and supporters buy individual pixels to help fund your cause. Each pixel can be customized with designs and links, creating a collaborative visual mosaic while raising money.
How do I create a fundraising grid?

1. Create a free account
2. Click "Start a Grid"
3. Fill in your grid details (name, description, goal)
4. Set your pixel price
5. Connect your Stripe account to receive payments
6. Share your grid with supporters!
How much does PixelFunder cost?

Creating a grid is free. We charge a 5% platform fee on successful pixel purchases. Payment processing fees (via Stripe, typically 2.9% + $0.30) also apply. All fees are clearly shown before purchase.
How do I receive the money raised?

Funds are transferred directly to your bank account via Stripe Connect. You'll set this up when creating your grid. Transfers typically occur within 2-7 business days after a pixel purchase.
Can I get a refund on pixel purchases?

Due to the fundraising nature of the platform, purchases are generally final. Refunds are only provided in cases of fraud, technical errors, or if a grid is removed for policy violations. See our

What can I design on my pixels?

You can upload images, draw custom designs, or add solid colors to your purchased pixel space. You can also add a clickable link. All content must comply with our Community Guidelines - no nudity, pornography, illegal content, or hate speech.
How do I select pixels to purchase?

Click on individual blocks in the grid to select them. The selection will automatically form a rectangle. You can select multiple blocks by clicking each one. Already-purchased blocks cannot be selected.
Can I edit my grid after creating it?

You can edit your grid description and details, but you cannot change the grid size or pixel price after pixels have been purchased. Grids that are 100% complete cannot be edited.
What if someone reports my grid or design?

Our moderation team reviews all reports. If your content violates our guidelines, it may be hidden or removed. Serious or repeated violations can result in account suspension. If you believe a report is incorrect, contact our support team.
Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your full credit card information. Your data is encrypted and secure.
